Clark Canyon Reservoir is bank full for the first time since the mid-80s this year. Bodes well for the summers’ festivities over here this year. Flows have been bouncing a bit lately as irrigations needs downstream from the dam have been calling more water. The flow as I write this is in the mid 300s but will very likely charge up from that here shortly. Fishing though has been very good as is generally the case here. The PMDs are starting to pop in numbers enough to get the fish looking up here and there. There are a TON of the nymphs in the drift so this should just get better and better. There have also been good numbers of Yellow Sally and caddis nymphs as well as some Golden Stone around. Mall in all business as usual over here. If you’re a proficient nymph fisher you’ll clean up.
