We’re looking for a fishy, friendly, and highly knowledgeable individual to join our team in Ennis for the 2026 season.

This is not just a retail job—it’s an opportunity to work in a true, boots-on-the-ground fly shop on the banks of the Madison. We’re a small, owner-managed crew that lives and breathes trout fishing, and we’re looking for someone who fits that mold.

What You’ll Do:

• Help customers with fly selection, rigging, and local fishing advice
• Sell and explain fly rods, reels, lines, waders, and technical gear
• Keep the shop dialed—organized, stocked, and looking sharp
• Be part of the daily rhythm of a busy, high-quality fly shop
• Represent our brand with professionalism, personality, and authenticity

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of trout fishing and fly tackle (this is a must)
• Experience fishing the Madison or similar Western rivers preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with all types of customers
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to work hard
• Team player with a good sense of humor
