The Espresso Midge in Claret BL is a midge pattern on a barbless size 16 hook. The deep claret-wine coloration offers a dark, natural silhouette with a subtle warm tone that stands apart from plain black midges.
The barbless hook allows fast releases. Fish it on a nymph rig or Euro setup in slow water and tailwaters, a dependable choice when trout are feeding on midges subsurface.
