The Hot Spot PT Jig in purple is a barbless pheasant tail jig with a purple hot spot. Purple reads well underwater, offering attraction with a buggy, natural tone.
A good choice for clear water where bright fluorescents spook fish. Size #14 on a barbless jig hook fishes clean through rocky runs. Mayfly nymphs are on the trout menu nearly every day of the season, so a pattern like this earns a permanent place in your nymph box.
