The TBH Super Pupa Bright Green from RIO is a bright green, green tungsten bead-head caddis pupa tied in size #16. The tungsten bead-head helps it sink quickly into the feeding zone.
When caddis are active, trout key on the pupal stage as insects migrate toward the surface to hatch. Dead-drift it near the bottom, or let it swing at the end of the drift to suggest an emerging pupa. Keep it in the box from spring through fall, when caddis are part of the daily drift.
