The Mylar Popper in Chartreuse/White is a surface popper from Fulling Mill. The mylar body flashes and the popper face gurgles and spits, calling predators up from below.
Fish it with sharp strips and pauses for barracuda and bluewater species. Topwater strikes are explosive, so keep stripping until you feel the weight of the fish.
Vary your retrieve speed and rhythm until follows turn into committed strikes.
