This Chubby in size #8 is a foam attractor dry fly in the Chernobyl family, made to float high and get noticed.
Fish it as a searching pattern or stonefly imitation in fast water, alone or with a bead-head dropper.
Restock before your next trip so you are ready the moment fish start rising. Present it with a drag-free drift, mending your line as needed to extend the drift through the feeding lane.
