Enrico Puglisi's Spawning Shrimp in Sand Yellow Eyes is a natural shrimp imitation for bonefish and permit over sandy flats. The sand colorway blends with the bottom, giving the fly a realistic profile where shrimp-colored prey is what the fish expect, while the yellow eyes add a lifelike accent that draws the strike. Available in #1/0, #4, and #6, it covers bigger permit and bonefish down to smaller flats fish — present it to tailing fish and let it settle before the strip. A go-to shrimp when the bottom is sand and the fish are feeding on the real thing.
