Dr. Slick Clamp/Hemos Straight 5" Prism is a 5-inch straight hemostat clamp in the Prism rainbow finish, a compact streamside multitool for fly anglers. The locking jaws grip hooks for clean removal, pinch down barbs, and hold small flies and tippet ends while rigging. The straight jaw profile reaches into a fish's mouth easily, and the 5-inch size rides comfortably on a vest or lanyard.
When to Use It
The everyday carry size for trout anglers: clip it to a vest, pack, or retractor for hook removal, barb pinching, and knot work. The Prism finish adds a bit of color to the kit while remaining a fully functional tool.
