Galloup's Micro Peanut Envy in Brown/Tan is the smallest Peanut Envy, an articulated streamer on a #10 hook from Montana Fly Co. The peanut-shaped head gives the fly the profile of prey hugging the bottom, and the articulated body adds a swimming, lifelike action that trout find hard to ignore. The brown-over-tan colorway blends with sandy bottoms where trout hunt. Fish it stripped through runs, under banks, and along structure — the Micro size fishes well when trout want a streamer they can eat without thinking twice, even in low, clear water. A go-to articulated pattern for trout water, sized all the way down.
