Galloup's Mini Peanut Envy in Yellow is a smaller, articulated streamer on a #6 hook from Montana Fly Co. The peanut-shaped head gives the fly the profile of prey hugging the bottom, and the articulated body adds a swimming, lifelike action that big trout find hard to ignore. The yellow colorway stands out in stained water and low light, when a natural pattern would disappear. Fish it stripped through runs, under banks, and along structure where big fish hold — the Mini size fishes well when trout want a streamer they can eat without thinking twice. A go-to articulated pattern for trout water, sized down.
