Jake's CDC Squirrel Leech in Olive is a leech pattern from Montana Fly Co. featuring CDC and squirrel in olive tones. The CDC adds lifelike movement and breathability to the fly, while the squirrel hair gives it a soft, natural profile that trout read as food. The olive colorway is a natural leech tone for clear water and weedy stillwater, where leeches are a staple. Available in #6 and #10, it fishes well stripped slowly through runs, swung through tailouts, and dead-drifted under an indicator — a go-to leech when trout are feeding on the real thing.
