Montana Fly Co.'s Kreelex in Silver/Gold is a #4 Clouser-style minnow tied with MFC's crinkled Kreelex flash material. It throws maximum light to call in trout, bass, and redfish, and the silver and gold flash reads like a baitfish from a long way off. Fish it stripped through runs, swung through tailouts, and along structure — the flash does the work when the water is stained or the light is low, and the #4 size is a versatile minnow for trout water everywhere. A go-to flashy minnow when fish need a reason to look.
