The WD-40 from Solitude Fly is a proven midge emerger, tied with a bead head to ride in the feeding zone. Its slim profile and subtle flash match the tiny midges trout sift from the drift all winter and on cold spring days.
Fish it as a dropper behind a larger nymph or under a small indicator in slow pools and tailouts. Offered in sizes #18 and #20 for matching the smallest midge activity.
