The BH Good & Plenty Tan from MRFC is a tan bead-head caddis nymph. The bead-head helps it sink quickly into the feeding zone.
Caddis larvae and pupae are a staple trout food from spring through fall. Fish this pattern subsurface on a dead drift — under an indicator, tight-lined, or as a dropper behind a dry fly. It earns its place in the nymph box anywhere caddis hatch, which is nearly everywhere trout swim.
Available in #16.
