2022 Abel Vaya Spool 5/6 Native Brook is a spare spool for the Abel Vaya fly reel, sized for 5- and 6-weight lines and finished in the Native Brook colorway. A spare spool is the fastest way to change tactics on the water: preload it with a second line and swap spools in seconds instead of re-rigging.
When to Use It
Carry this spool loaded with your alternate line, a sink-tip behind a floating line, or a heavier taper for windy afternoons. It suits trout anglers fishing 5- and 6-weight setups who want two line options without carrying a second reel.
Key Features
- Genuine Abel spool built to fit the Vaya reel in 5/6 size
- Native Brook finish matches the Vaya reel in the same colorway
- Lets you switch lines streamside in seconds
- Ideal second-line setup: floater plus sink-tip, or dry-fly plus streamer taper
A practical add-on for any Vaya owner. One reel, two lines, and no re-spooling at the truck.
