The Water Walker in black is a Salmonfly dry fly pattern built to ride high and skate naturally. The dark #4 profile matches adult Salmonflies.
Fish it on a dead drift or with a gentle skate during the Salmonfly hatch, working the banks and eddies.
Big stonefly patterns take abuse all day — check the fly regularly and dress it so it keeps riding high through fast, broken water.
