The Missing Link in size #14 is a caddis dry fly designed to cover multiple stages of the hatch, from emerger to dun.
A versatile caddis pattern. Fish it dead-drift through rising fish when caddis are emerging.
Present it with a drag-free drift, mending your line as needed to extend the drift through the feeding lane. It also makes a highly visible top fly in a dry-dropper rig, pulling double duty as strike indicator.
