The Squirrely Little Bugger in Purple, size #12, from Montana Fly Co. A small bugger pattern in purple.
The diminutive #12 size is perfect for pressured fish or as a dropper, while purple is a proven attractor color. A fun, effective little trout fly.
Strip them with an erratic retrieve, and don't be afraid to pause; many strikes come on the drop.
