The Pyramid Beach Leech in Black, size #8, from UMPQUA. A leech pattern in the Pyramid Beach style, dressed in black.
Black leeches are a stillwater staple, and the beach-style design suits shallow, cruising-fish situations. A must for lake anglers.
Streamers imitate the baitfish, sculpins, and other forage that big trout hunt.
Strip them with an erratic retrieve, and don't be afraid to pause; many strikes come on the drop.
