This Chubby in size #16 is a foam attractor dry fly in the Chernobyl family, made to float high and get noticed.
Fish it as a searching pattern or stonefly imitation in fast water, alone or with a bead-head dropper.
Present it with a drag-free drift, mending your line as needed to extend the drift through the feeding lane. It also makes a highly visible top fly in a dry-dropper rig, pulling double duty as strike indicator.
