Stu's Jungle Tail Turbo Cone in 10mm Black and Blue is a tube fly from Aqua Flies for steelhead and salmon. The 10mm turbo cone adds weight and action.
The cone head gets the fly down quickly in heavy water. Swing it through deep slots and tailouts on an appropriate sink tip.
Black and blue is a trusted dark-water combination. The turbo cone gives the fly a jigging motion that triggers strikes.
