The Jiggy Pine Leech in Olive, size #14, from Dream Cast Fly Fishing. A small jig-style leech imitation in olive.
The tiny #14 size makes this a subtle offering for picky trout, while the jig format keeps it fishing clean. A good stillwater and slow-water pattern.
Streamers imitate the baitfish, sculpins, and other forage that big trout hunt.
Strip them with an erratic retrieve, and don't be afraid to pause; many strikes come on the drop.
