Deep Water Slip Indicator Medium is MRFC's slip-style strike indicator for nymphing at depth with standard trout rigs. The slip design lets the leader slide through, so the indicator can be set for the depth being fished and stays sensitive to the soft takes that are easy to miss when flies are riding near the bottom.
When to Use It
Fish it for everyday deep nymphing on trout rivers, where the medium size covers the most common depths and rig weights. It pairs with typical indicator nymph setups on rivers like the Madison and Yellowstone, handling the water most anglers fish most of the time.
