The BH Peacock Bugger in size #6 from MRFC. A beadhead bugger featuring peacock, a material prized for its iridescent flash.
Peacock-bodied flies have fooled trout for generations. The beadhead adds weight for fishing deeper runs and pools.
Streamers imitate the baitfish, sculpins, and other forage that big trout hunt.
Strip them with an erratic retrieve, and don't be afraid to pause; many strikes come on the drop.
