The Fastwater Prince is a Prince nymph variant built for heavy water. The #14 sizing and dense profile get it down quickly where trout hold in fast runs.
Fish it subsurface near the bottom under an indicator, especially in riffles and pocket water.
Adjust your indicator depth until the fly is riding just off the bottom, where nymph-feeding trout do most of their hunting.
