The Jig Zebra Midge in black puts the classic midge larva on a Euro-style jig hook. The jig format rides hook-point-up, reducing snags when fishing midges tight to the bottom.
Fish it in a Euro rig or as a dropper in slow water. Size #18 is a versatile midge size for tailwaters and spring creeks. Midges hatch in every month of the year, so this is a pattern worth keeping on your rig from winter straight through fall.
