The Micro Mayfly in olive is a tiny Baetis imitation for technical trout in clear, slow water. At size #20 it matches the smallest olives that selective fish feed on during heavy hatches.
Fish it as a dropper in spring creeks and tailwaters when standard patterns get ignored. A specialist fly for the toughest surface-feeding situations fished subsurface. Mayfly nymphs are on the trout menu nearly every day of the season, so a pattern like this earns a permanent place in your nymph box.
