The Double Bead Pheasant Tail adds extra weight to the classic mayfly nymph for reaching fish in deep, fast water. Two beads add mass while the familiar pheasant tail profile keeps it looking like food.
Use it as an anchor fly in a Euro rig or when indicator nymphing deep slots. Size #16 balances a natural profile with the weight to fish near the bottom of heavy runs.
