The Fire Starter Barbless from Fulling Mill is a barbless Euro-style nymph. The barbless hook penetrates easily and releases fish cleanly, a plus for catch-and-release water and competition rules.
Fish it in a tight-line rig through pocket water and fast seams, where its clean profile earns eats from wary fish. Size #18 matches the small insects selective trout feed on in clear water.
