The Purple Hot Spot Jig uses purple, a color trout see well underwater, paired with a bright hot spot collar. The jig format keeps the hook point riding up, reducing snags in rocky Euro-nymphing water.
Fish it as a point or dropper fly when you want an attractor with a modern profile. Sold by the dozen in size #16 for stocking the box with a proven competition-style pattern.
