The T-Jig Nightmare Perdigon Red from MRFC is a red perdigon tied in size #16. The red dressing suits a wide range of water conditions.
The perdigon is a minimalist euro nymph: a slick body, a hot spot, and a heavy bead. It drops like a stone and fishes best as an anchor fly on a tight-line rig. A proven fish-catcher on technical water and in competitions alike.
The jig-style tie keeps the hook point riding up, so it bounces along the bottom with fewer hang-ups.
