The T-Jig Silver BH Perdigon Red from MRFC is a red silver bead-head perdigon tied in size #18. The silver bead-head helps it sink quickly into the feeding zone.
Perdigons are smooth, heavily weighted attractor nymphs in the Spanish competition style. They sink fast and imitate nothing in particular — which is exactly why they catch fish. When fish ignore everything else, a perdigon often saves the day.
Tied on a jig hook, it rides hook-point-up, which means fewer snags on the bottom and surer hook-sets.
